Delete My Account

Your BandlyStore account is managed by Shopify, the platform our store runs on. Deleting it permanently removes your profile, saved addresses and order history from BandlyStore. Orders already in production will still be made and shipped, and we keep the records the law requires us to keep, for example for tax purposes.

To delete your account, send the request below from the email address on the account. We'll complete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

Changed your mind? Just close this page. Nothing is deleted until we process your request.

Free US shipping

Standard shipping is free on every order, no minimum. We currently ship within the United States only.

Made to order

Nothing sits on a shelf. Each piece is printed when you order it, usually within 2 to 5 business days, then shipped with tracking.
