We want you to know exactly what you are looking at on this site. Here is how every kind of image and description at BandlyStore is made.
The Designs Are Real
Every design you see is the actual artwork that gets printed on your order. The graphic on a product page is the same file we send to print, placed on the garment or item at the size and position it will be printed. What you see is what you get, allowing for small differences in colour between screens and between dye lots of garment-dyed cotton.
Product Photos Are Digital Mockups
Because every item is printed to order, we do not photograph each finished piece. Product photos are mockups: a photograph of a real, blank product with our design placed onto it digitally.
These photographs are purchased stock mockups. We buy them as ready-made image packs from independent photographers and mockup studios, who arranged and photographed their own models and license the finished images for commercial use. BandlyStore did not hire, direct or work with any of the people shown, and we have no contract or relationship with them. They are real people who posed for the studio that sold us the images, not our customers, and not generated.
Lifestyle Scenes Are AI-Generated
The larger scene images on this site, such as the homepage hero, collection banners, category cards and seasonal tiles, are generated with AI image tools from our real design files. They show our actual designs in rendered settings. Where a person appears in one of these scenes, that person is not real. No real individual's likeness has been used to create them.
Reviews and Customer Photos Are Real
Every review shown on a product page was written by a verified buyer of that design, and every customer photo was taken by the customer who submitted it. We do not write, generate or edit reviews or customer photos. Reviews collected on our Etsy shop are marked as such.
Descriptions and Product Facts
Some product descriptions are drafted with the help of AI writing tools and reviewed by us before they are published. The facts inside them, such as materials, sizing, fit and care, come from the garment and product manufacturers. Comfort Colors, Bella+Canvas and Gildan are the makers of the blank garments we print on; their names on this site describe the blank, not the design.
What We Never Do
We do not use AI to invent products, alter the printed design, create reviews, or depict any real person without their permission.
Why We Publish This
Some places require advertisers to disclose AI-generated imagery. This page is that disclosure, and it also covers the rest of our images and words, because we would rather over-explain than leave you guessing.
