Returns. Because each item is made to order, all sales are final: we cannot accept returns or exchanges for size, change of mind, or ordering errors, so please review the size chart before buying. If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost. Send us a note through our contact form within 7 days of delivery, choose "Damaged or Wrong Item", and include your order number. We'll reply within 1 to 2 business days, not counting weekends and US holidays, with where to send photos.
